The magic of cooking is that it turns raw materials into tasty dishes. All of this happens in the kitchen, where people cook what they love to eat and where bacteria love to hide. Cutting boards or refrigerators can be an ideal place for bacteria such as salmonella, staphylococcus, E. coli, and listeria to survive. Even worse, these bacteria can’t be seen or smelled. Since bacteria especially like humid environments, make sure you keep your kitchen clean and dry to fight bacteria and protect your family.
